Ship Time

Most orders arrive within ten (10) business days from placement of the order. Shipping time via ground/standard shipping method varies depending upon your location. Therefore, orders needed before 10 business days will need to be shipped via expedited options. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. We process orders Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST. Orders placed with standard (ground) shipping will be processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Expedited orders (overnight and 2-day) must be received by 2 p.m. PST Monday through Friday in order to ship same day.  Some items may take longer to process and can take up to 14 days.  Back orders will ship when available.


Shipping Method

All domestic orders ship via UPS GROUND, however all services of UPS are available such as next day air, 3 day, Saturday delivery, etc.; All Hawaii and Alaska orders ship via USPS Priority Mail; International orders will ship via US POSTAL Priority Mail; in cases of larger, heavier items, we will obtain a UPS quote for you.


Shipping Charges

Each item has to be carefully packed and we do not charge any handling or processing fees. We pack your item(s) and then calculate the EXACT shipping cost which is what you are then charged. Shipping charges will be calculated upon check put.  If the shipping charge is unavailable at the time of check out it will be emailed to you within 48 hours of your fully processed order, taking into account holidays.

When supplying your credit card information, we require that your billing address and zip code match what is on file at your credit card company. A small processing fee) may be charged if the numbers do not match.


Refused Shipments

Refused shipments will incur a 20% restocking fee, plus applicable shipping charges. No exceptions.


Undeliverable Addresses

Incorrect address or undeliverable attempts will be treated as authorized returns (except, of course, if we make an error). Re-attempt after a second verification of address will be implemented.

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. We require a street address in order to ship your items.


Out of Stock Items

Some items may be listed as out of stock. In most cases the items may be a new introduction or a very popular item. Please call us at 818-338-3301 Monday – Friday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST and we can let you know when the item will be available to ship.


Back Orders

In the case of back orders,  this can be due to the items popularity and or the vendors supply.  We will update you on when the item is available to ship.
