Everyday Items

We will gladly accept your return and provide a refund (of the product amount, not shipping fees) if notified within seven (7) business days of receipt of your order.  The merchandise must be unopened, in original packaging and not used.  For any returns submitted beyond the seven (7) day window, you will receive a store credit. Please e-mail us at to receive return instructions and your Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). We cannot accept returned packages without a RMA number. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is at the customer's expense and restocking fees may apply.

Non-Furniture and Stocked Furniture

We accept returns for non-furniture and stocked furniture within 7 days of receipt. Restocking fees may apply in some instances. We do not accept returns on special orders, custom furniture and antiques.  As well as opened bedding or any non-sellable merchandise. Sale items are final sale and non-returnable.

Custom Orders and Furniture

Custom orders and custom-made upon order furniture are non-cancellable and non-refundable.


Vintage and Antique Items

Please note that our vintage and antique items may show wear and tear such as a worn or rustic look, peeling paint, or dents and dings. We will gladly send you more detailed photos of any items so you can make well informed choices.  We do not accept returns on antiques they are sold as is.



We ship fragile items all over the world and packing is a specialty! In the very rare instance that an item arrives damaged, you must report it to us within 48 hours of receipt of the package. Please provide a picture and keep all packing materials. We reserve the right to replace the item, when available, at no additional fee to you. If a replacement is not available, you will be reimbursed the full amount, including shipping fees.  This may take time as we have to submit a claim with the shipper.



Refunds will be credited back to your credit card, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return.
